The focus will be on: 

- rider confidence going through corners,

- keeping your line,

- looking through the bend.

- explaining wet road cornering,

- tyre pressures,

- high speed braking, explaining ABS and traction control …how do these electronic components work,

- how to overtake,

- safe distance and riding position behind cars,

- lane splitting, etc etc 

We invite all ladies to join on the LADIES ONLY Training off road ride.

All aspects regarding off road riding techniques will be attended to en-route on this day outride.  Sufficient stops will allow the trainer/s to demonstrate and discuss riding skills.  

This will be a relaxed ride and the focus will be to build confidence and to bond with your machines, in a safe environment.

Costs: R200.00 per rider

Rescheduling of The Ladies Off Road Ride (26 March) and Workshop (25 March) due to circumstances. The Ladies Ride will be on 9 April 2017 

Due to popular demand we offer the normal LEV 1 and a SAND/TRAIL day for the more adventurous.  The sand/trail training will be catered for in 2 groups: intro and advanced groups.

Having completed Level 1 only a few weeks prior, I tackled Level 2 training on the 4^th of December 2016.

This serves as your invitation to join the BMW MRCCape on an ALL TAR Breakfast ride into the Swartland District. 

Be part of history if you join this ride for breakfast reservations made at the Gouda Hotel.  This will be the very first biker breakfast group received on a Sunday as the restaurant are normally closed on a Sunday.  Gouda Hotel hosts interesting events and worth it to contcact their Facebook page or just visit on a future date.

Hello Ladies

I've had a number of requests for a Ladies Only training day so....

the offroad training team will put on a special Ladies Training Day for you at Anura which will include Level 1 training mixed with some other fun activities to make you more familiar with your bikes, more comfortable offroad and put smiles on your faces :-)

The date is provisional, but will probably be Sunday 16 August.

Book the date in your calendar and I shall ask Phillip at Donford to include the event in the booking sheet.
