Archive of BMW Motorrad Club Cape (2006 - 2019)

Sunday came and with it some early morning rain. Dragging myself out of bed wasn't easy, but i managed to don my riding gear and got going.

Arriving at the meeting point I was greeted by two already waiting riders. So much for it being rained out and me returning to my warm bed! ;-)
Within 15min we had to 9 keen bikers in there rain gear ready to go.

As said, we took a easy ride through the back roads via Malmesberry to Darling. Weather wise, we had it all almost, mist, rain and wind, just missing snow or hail, actually not missing it really!

The weather building up to the weekend was rather precarious to say the least. Weather reports said anything from thunderstorms, rain, sunny and windy, the only thing they got right was the windy part!!
