Lamberts Bay Overnight Ride / Tar / Dirt / 10 Feb 2018

Our first overnight ride for 2018 takes us to Lamberts Bay on 10 February 2018 with dinner at the truly amazing Muisbosskerm beach restaurant.  If you haven’t been to Muisbosskerm, now is your chance, and what better way to do it than include it on a bike trip. 

We will overnight at the Lamberts Bay Hotel, and our route from Cape Town to Lamberts Bay is a dual ride, so you can choose to ride tar or dirt.  Once we get to the hotel, we will freshen up and then a bus will take us from the hotel to the restaurant so that you don’t have to worry about drinking and driving.

This is a popular club ride and it usually fills up very quickly, so please book early if you want to join us.

Booking procedure as follows: (Please complete all 3 steps)

  1. Book and pay for your accommodation at the Lamberts Bay Hotel directly:
    1. Hotel pricing is R 400.00 for a single, and R 800.00 for a double room, including breakfast.

  1. Book and pay for your dinner at Muisbosskerm with the club as per below:
    1. The dinner cost at Muisbosskerm for their self-service buffet is R280.00 per person (without crayfish).  Crayfish is not included in the buffet & is subject to availability: it can only be ordered and paid for at the door on the day.  Note that the restaurant is licensed and they do have card facilities.  Drinks are for your own account on the day.
    2. The bus ride is R 50.00 per person (return)
    3. Please make your dinner and bus payment directly into the club banking account (R 330.00 per person) details as follows:

  1. Please email the EFT payment remittance to treasurer@bmwmotorradclubcape.co.za
  1. Once you have completed your booking, please email ian@strategicit.co.za and indicate whether you will be riding Dirt or Tar, and whether you have a pillion.

Once we have final numbers, we will be in contact with participants directly to advise departure and route details.
