I found this on the wild dog website which has a pdf you can download for free. It is just under 4MB. It looks like a very interesting read and could be highly beneficial for all us apprentice Gladiators. Herewith link and pic of contents page:

It looks very useful and good, interesting reading.
All lines numbered up to line 3800! Did he do the article in a spreadsheet??! And exported/printed to .pdf.
