What tolerance class (C3 or standard) do you use for rear wheel bearings?

From what I found on the net, the sprocket carrier on a 650GS has to have C3 tolerance bearings, but what about the rear wheel?

I assumed standard (CN), but Bearingman in Maitland just tried to sell me C3's for those too (even though I didn't ask for it) because "thats what they always sell" and they didn't have the standard. (The salesman had no clue what the C3 stood for.)

Any advice?
