Weekend Trip to L'Agulhas - Route Advice

Hi

I'm planning a trip this weekend. Leaving early Sat morning from Paarl, to L'Agulhas, via Kogelberg Nature Reserve (I want to complete a trail run there), returning Sunday. I plan to use the R43, via Kogelberg NS, most of the way there? But, what about returning Sun? What route can I take that adventurous and fun? Also, I'm looking for accommodation suggestions for in/around L'Agulhas.

Thoughts/Suggestions?

Hallo Rob

Jy kan van L'Aguhlas na Elim ry. Die grondpad na regs is ongeveer 5 km buite Struisbaai. Van Elim na Baardskeerdersbos waar jy Rusty se trein kan besoek of by Marieties gaan eet. As jy terug ry na Elim ±8km buite Baardskeerdes bos kry jy die afrit  links na Skilpadberg??? Volg die roete na Stanford. Of as jy na Gansbaai ry kry 'n afrit om Skilpadberg ook na Stanford. Dan is dit na Kleinmond te teer of deur die Hemel en Aarde Vallei en Karwyderskraal. Op die kuspad mis mens nie die koffie by Rooi Els nie of as jy baie tyd het kan jy Hangklip Hotel toe ry deur Pringlebaai............ Bietjie Helshoogte en Klein Drakenstein en terug in die Paarl.

Dankie Phillip, sounds like an amazing route. I'll try and work it out on the map, but if you have a GPS/GPX file to hand I'd love you to send it to me. Or, perhaps better, why don't you join me and show me the route? ;)
