At the last meeting I said I'd put together training sessions as needed by the members so ....
What are your requirements?
I know we could all do with "English Spelling" and "How to post two pictures on the forum in under 2 hours", but I'm afraid those would probably be full trimester courses.
I have been asked for a First Aid / First Bike on Scene session ... any other preferences?
Cheers

Hi Pete, can you teach me to ride like this?
Spot the HP2
Definitely Kevin! I'd schedule a session with you but unfortunately my GPS is broken
Hi Pete,
This might probably not be the most popular kind of training amongst some members but I think a Roadie/Pillion session might benefit a lot of Roadies.
The other two suggestions are brilliant ideas. Will definately join in.
I found that the rider learns a lot during these sessions also. And it is a great bonding experience. We just need a suitable venue, if not the track. The track is ideal but is expensive, and might put some people off because they associate it with racing. Otherwise we need to find a big, empty parking area in a quiet area.
I will be on the look out for an appropriate venue.
Could be very useful given recent events and the marshall training put together by Andy, if we could have practical simulations of how to be the First Biker on Scene, and how to manage a heli-vac landing zone. When lives are at stake ones mind tends to go stupid and the only way out of it is practice and experience.
