Final Arrangements for Sunday, 4 Sep 2011  Killarney Track afternoon.

Venue:  Killarney Race Track

Cost:  R400 per person/bike

Time:   Please arrive from 11.30-12.00 at Killarney Track for registration, and bike checks & taping of mirrors, grouping etc. 

Track time will begin at 13.00 to 17.00 and will run as per schedule laid out by Max.

Where to go:  Drive through to the open pits just to the lefthand side of the WPClub offices alongside the track.  (ask for directions at the gate if you are unsure)

What you need:  You will need your motorbike and yourself.  If you have not already paid your R400 and are still planning to participate, please advise us on anne@abarc.co.za or warrene@savino.co.za soonest.

We have 1st Aid and marshalls organised.

Warren will have drinking water.

Should you need a letter for your insurance beforehand (we will have letters at registration), please email me on anne@abarc.co.za and I will mail you a copy.

The weatherman has promised superb weather!!
