Storm Hood or Neck Warmer

HI I am thinking of getting a storm hood or neck warmer but are not sure which will be better. The problem is I have a Enduro helmet and my chin, neck area gets quite cold. Thanks

The best thing to get is the BMW buff. It can be used for different things and works great. Oh to ride again!!!
