Ok its mounted BMW don't make it easy the stompa is 90 mm wide and the space between the handlebar rissers is 76 mm .If one were to mount it on top of the bars it would be in your face because of the height , So see pic machined a 20 mm billet block to mount the stompa, to widen the handlebar rissers and to raise the bars by 20 mm all in one. Then the bottom mount was also a difficult one but there are 2 opptions one is the normal route which is ok just more work the other is the way i did it see pic so it is more stable and it doubles as a place to fasten my tank bag. Now the serious stuff how does it feel ?? just took it through a veggie feild that was ploughed this morning the sand is so soft if you stop you stuck it was amazing the bike tracks straight as a arrow. need only to shift your weight to steer. Then to the sand dunes same response ,then some sand tracks feels so confident no whipping around. The settings are great from casual damping to stiff to turn. On the way home loose gravel feels like tar. You can scratch both ears at the same time. This is a really nice product and although expensive well worth the money. mountingmonting
