Hidden in the red sands of the Kalahari is the fascinating story of one Scotty Smith. It's a must read how this blatant rogue (of noble breeding) learned to speak several languages, most surprising of which is the complicated Khoi language - This talent saved his backside on more than one occasion. He became known fondly as the Robin Hood of the Kalahari.
