Today (Saturday 20 Sept)Jane and I took the old Malmesbury road from Zone 7 to Malmesbury then to Darling for the flower shows and I rode dirt back to Mamre then tar Atlantis home. REALLY Lush and beautiful. The roads are very bumpy tar so speeds are best slower, but WELL Worth the trip! There are a number of short, and really beautiful scenic rural rides from the Durbanville area to surrounds, quiet roads. Go now while the area is wet ,lush and vibrant, the riding is nice and cool too! These pics were just short of Malmesbury.FlowersFlowers Flowers 2Flowers 2Flowers 3Flowers 3 Flowers with tractorsFlowers with tractors I didn't take more pic's (water and masses of Arum lilies) as it seemed wrong, just leave the splendour to be.

I went yesterday. Took the R27 (tar) then turned right inot Darling Hills Rd (dirt) - a really nice non-technical route, which brings you back to tar about 10kms before Darling. On the way back I actually saw you (noticed the tappet covers) leaving Woodbridge island. i hooted, but didn't think you noticed.
There are so many problems in this world. Luckily there's a wristband available for almost all of them.
