Hi, this is thread that a few members have asked me to do. To many of you I'm sure I'll be trying to teach you to suck eggs but some may have never seen a bike stripped so some may find it interesting. This is not a complete strip. I would love to have the time to strip the engine etc, blast the casing a freshen them up with new paint but unfortunately I ride this bike to work everyday (not far) and hate having to drive a cage (car)! Some of you may ask why the f### did you strip it in the first place. Well the bike was a code 3 and had a slight twist in the rear of the frame so to straighten it (properly) I had to remove it which means removing a lot of stuff. I got to a point where I thought I may aswell take the front off to and paint it.
