Replacement for the Dakar?

Does anyone know if BMW are going to bring out a replacement for the Dakar, the F 800 gs is presumably going to be more of a off road tourer...closer to the 1200gs, and the x-challenge's seat is too uncomfortable (and high, for me) to offer any decent mileage on road! What do you think is the best option on replacing the Dakar?... I'm looking for lighter weight but same overall abilities.

The current Dakar and 650GS will be replaced by the 800GS and 650 twin. (no official pictures yet). It wont be long before we see them so we have to try be patient, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarghh!!!!!!! Patience is the insanity of those who believe time is on their side "Freak 1999" I RIDE THEREFORE I AM!

650 twin??? cool... you reckon it will be light enough to mess around with at the quarry???
