For those of you who read my sorry tales of the problems I had with the previous bike, well the new one is out of action too!!! This time I had to have unexpected out-of-guarantee back surgery, not allowed on it till end December. My precious, gleaming, Blerrie Mooi Bike is all washed and polished and standing in the garage, a few times a day I turn the key, start it and look at the 535km on the display I had a MR scan the day you all went to Kleinplasie, I drove to the Wellington turn off and went back to get the bad news. By the way Dave, thanks for the offer of helping me on and off if I cancel the scan and go with for the weekend.

William Sorry to hear of your misfortune I trust you will be "fit" soon so that you can be "bum in the saddle" in no time at all. There's an old saying absence make the heart grow fonder. I will also refer to the min dae (40 days) till the "Klaar out" after national service in Lohatla we were counting down the minutes.....it seamed like forever but eventually that day arrived. SO BYTE VAS OU MAAT Dis blerrie min dae dan is jy weer op jou "precious, gleaming,Blerrie Mooi Bike" Warren

Hi William, we wondered where you were yesterday. Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Do you have friends and family in the area that can help with fresh milk, hospital runs, etc.?? You do have an extended family that can, and will, help! Praat net as ons moet help.

I wanted to tell you about the ride we had - but I did not want to rub salt in the wounds. Hope to see you soon - on the bike.
