Rave: Donford CT

I have a huge rave for the guys at Donford.  I recently bought a 2009 K1300s from another dealer and the clutch has a vibration/shudder when slowly accelarting from standstill. I took the bike to Donford today to get their opinion. Mr. Hoskins (service manager), Mr Berry and Coetzee left everything they were busy with today to take my bike for a test ride and jack my bike up to check if everything was ok. And they know what they are talking about, not like the majority of guys at a VW service department.

Long story short, bike is going in for a few TSB's next week and to check if all else is good.

I'd like to add by saying another hip hip for these guys.

They recently collected and delivered my C600 for a scheduled factory recall. I didnt have to lift a finger - thank you guys. I appreciate the excellent service.
