Neil Terry (thanks) has pointed out that on [http://www.wilddog.za.net/forum/index.php?topic=12121.0 Wilddog Forum] a discussion is brewing about how the front lugs on the side panel of the 1200 GS come loose and the side-panels get damaged or lost. Please check your fasteners from time to time to avoid this costly exercise. Touratech has a solution to this problem and I am sure the more thrifty amongst us can come up with solutions too (mine is to buy a Funduro, cost me the same as 6 side-panels ;-).
