I know this is late, but in "my" time it is 'the-day-after".

During the Bike Fest I had an Oregon bike cam mounted on my bike as it has been for nearly a year.

As I followed Geoff and Dino through the Meringspoort, it was running.

Upon exiting the poort I reached down to stop filiming Dino and it was not there.

Oh Shucks!

I had put it back after cleaning the lense of dust somewhere after DeRust and before the poort.

I'm hoping there's a small chance that it was picked up by  someone and that someone is by way of this small world linked somehow to this forum.

If one of you can post this on the Wild Dogs and any other forum, it may increase the chances of finding its way back to me and then back to its actual owner.  (Yes it is a borrowed camera)

Somehow I believe it will find its way to  a biking community and seen as all other bikes in the footage are BMW's and Die Hel features very much, as well as the Swartberg Pass, it is likely that someone appreciates the value of the footage over the value of the camera.

The camera is Wereld-se-Goed, the footage is priceless.

While I'd like to get the camera back, the SD card with the footage has a higher value.

Especially as a lot of it is of Geoff going less than 110kph for longer than 5 minutes and lot is of Dino, our brother from Gauteng.

......... any news yet?
