Any ideas on how to open oil filler plug on a gs1200.  

Its Better to Burn out than to Fade away

And if you don't have this tool in the sucky toolkit you can make up one with a 19mm nut, here is an example.

And once you have filled up don't over-tighten it, it does not have to be super tight, it is low pressure inside the head. Then just use your key like this to open it.

Awesome thanks fo the help .. SO this week i have serivced my Bike and drained repaired and bled the ABS
