Costs please?

will it incl.pillion again,we did not fall enough last time ?

If there's enough interest in pillion training we'll offer it.

I'll post costs once we know what the restaurant is going to charge us for lunches.  Costs include lunch.

In addition to Neels' post above, you are welcome to put your name down on the forum here, or contact me.

Although the training is being offered to Donford clients, Club Members will receive preference so you are welcome to book through the Forum and I shall co-ordinate.

What exactly are the differences between the Level 1 training and the Level 2 training? What are the prerequisites?

John and I are busy reviewing the course curriculum at the moment to make Level 2 more "interesting" which will mean some pre-requisite exercises in Level 1

Right everyone, an update.   Those who are doing the training this Sunday:

Venue:  Anura

Location : http://www.anura.co.za/contact.html

Date : Sunday 6 April

Cost : R400 pp includes lunch

Bring : Protective gear - boots, helmet, gloves, jacket and pants, sun block, water, energy bars/snacks/nuts/whatever stuff keeps you going ... but we have a good lunch so don't over do the snacks.

I just want to double-check that I'm on the level 1 list, as I know someone who received a "final arrangements" email, but I didn't. Perhaps it's because I rsvp'd via the forums? Looking forward to a fun day in the sun.

Training starts at 0900 Sharp so be there between 0830 and 0845.

Kudos to the organisers. It was an awesome day. I always find the training uber-useful, even when I can't do all the manoeuvres due to newbie-ness. It's great that I can compare it to my previous session and spot the improvements.

To all the guys that provided the training on Sunday a huge thank you. It was the best ever.  To Neels who provided training to the level 1 guys soos hulle se "Jy mag maar".  Just need to get Neels a GPS as he tends to drift off course and somehow we ended up in mud ek was lanklaas so blerrie moeg om daai bike uit die modder uit te kry.

Met some nice people all and all it was a stunning day.  Well done guys.

Please note the change of date for the last training session of the year.  It is now on 9 November and not in December as originally planned.

We are planning to give pillion trainin on this one, however that is only worth while if there are 5 bikes or more ie 10 people in the pillion section.

Please let us know if you're keen and we'll arrange it.  Names to Jaime at Donford please.
