Hi my name is Carl Koch (65years old) Started motorcycling back in the sixties on a 50 cc. Have owned a number of road and dual sport bikes over the years. Active member on Nomads MCC for over 8 years. Took a break from motorcycling for 8 years while working in the UK. Back now and keen for the adventure to continue. Did my first run with the club this morning (18 Feb) to Tulbagh. Great ride and great camaraderie, will be joining the Club

HOPE YOU WILL LOG IN ONTO THE INCOMMODING FOSSIL RIDERS TRIP TO POSSIBLY SUTHERLAND.
I am planning midweek Fossil ride . Depart Thursday morning via Ceres, Touwsriver Maatjesfontein and then to The Sutherland hotel. Have a lekka braai the evening at the hotel and return Friday morning back home. Out of season and all for own expences and liability. No club organised or responsability. All for your ouw account and responsability.
By show of intention on the Forum I will investigate prices.

Hi Uncle Cheesy.
I will post something under Fossil Trip. Will possibly be in March before school holidays and Easter or then only in May somewhere. First want to see the response after the post and can then negotiate with the hotel for pensioners discount in midweek. I am also looking at the moon cycles so that we can at least have a nice clear starry sky. Will still be very chilly as Sutherland is always quite cold in the evenings.
