Archive of BMW Motorrad Club Cape (2006 - 2019)

These pictures were taken from a car window last week as I travelled in an aroung Hangzhou. I tried to get a flavour of the bikes / transport and their uses. Within the city confines they are no longer allowed to used conventional motorbikes, only electric bikes. This has cleaned up the city, however there is no noise ! Very wierd.

They have also restricted car access with your number plate's last digit denoting which days of the week you may enter the city. This has had the effect of increasing car sales as people want access every day (opposite to what was desired).
