I have noticed that the front tyre on my Funduro is wearing of more on the right hand side. What can be the problem here?

more right turns than left turns try commuting the other way. Seriously check your fork seals and that your fork pressures are even if the right one is softer it could cause this. at times I ride faster than my guardian angle can fly

The black ring on top of the "shock absorber" is a scraper, not the real seal. This black ring can be lifted easily(and carelfully) to get to the real seal, which is packed with a white grease. Any indication of oil leaking from the cylinder will be seen here first. This black ring can even be lifted with your ignition key if no other tool is availible. regards

I second checking the shocks. I was surprised as anything when Geoff pointed out on a really rough road that my front shocks seemed to not be doing their job. When I took [http://bmwmotorcycleclubcape.co.za/user/brenda-buttercup Brenda] in it turned out the pressure was way too high. It is quite easy for one shock to go south while the other goes north.
