Fluids change

I've recently aquired my 2nd BMW (had a million Jap bikes up till now) and although it's not due for a service, I'd like to do a fluids change (oil, coolant, brake fluids) just for my own peace of mind.

What oils/fliuds are you guys using/recommending?

i use ravenol, german oil and lubricants
