Fixing a brake line

Hi All

Is there any way to repair a cracked rear brake line (F650GS)? The part is on back order, and will take weeks to get here. I can't wait that long to ride again!

Take it to Andrew King at Kingtek, and he will have another hydraulic hose made up within the week.  Or phone him and find out where he gets these things done.  You don't need the original BMW part.

It is also possible to just ride without using the back brake for a while - use your gears and front brakes.

There is no way to fix a brake line, only replace the part, but as Charles said, you can easily have one made up elsewhere.

Hosefit in Paarden Eiland will have one made up for you within 24 hrs

your choice of braided S/S or normal, but you will need to produce your sample, in hand.
