On the various app stores there are tools freely available for guiding first responders in the triage of a medical patient.  

Please forward this onto your own world & those who may find benefit in using this and start encouraging its widespread use.

The benefit of this – is that it creates a common standard to record and relay critical information to paramedics. 
  
It is strongly suggested to use it in training scenarios to assist with familiarity in its use for operational work.
