I'm mostly posting this here for myself to find quick again. This is what the fuses correspond to on the fuse box for a 2004 twin spark F650GS.

#1 - Engine electronics - 15A
#2 - Instrument panel, on-board socket, diagnosis plug, OE plug - 10A
#3 - Horn, headlight flasher - 7.5A
#4 - Low beam headlight - 7.5A
#5 - High beam headlight - 7.5A
#6 - Brake light, flashing turn indicators, instrument panel instrument lighting, OE plug - 7.5A
#7 - Parking light, tail light - 4A
#8 - Heated handlebar grips - 4A

# 1, 3, 5 and 7 are on the top and # 1 is at the front.
