So early February I went on a trip up the west coast for a week and on my return while unpacking I saw this clean oil drip under my bike.  I have a 1200 GSA 2012 with 24000 on the clock and just out of warranty I was immediately pissed on why this is happening.

Went to a few guys on the forum who services bikes with not good feedback, so a friend of mine tel me to take it to Donford these guys might help you and has a good reputation for going out of their way.

Phoned Donford and they told me to bring in the bike.  (I think they felt sorry for me after they heard me crying) nevertheless so I did.

Who to meet me there no other than “Shane Hoskins” the man himself I explained the issue as well as my unhappiness.  He looked at the bike and in less than 10 seconds he diagnosed the issue.  A jobcard was filled in and he said that the will try and get an out of warranty approval (there is another word that the techies used)

2 weeks later I was phoned and it was approved Jeandre (hope spelling it correct) kept me updated and during the services identified another seal that was leaking and asked if they should repair that as well while the bike was open.

To you guys I just want to congratulate you in the professional way that you conduct your business.

You have a client for life.

Thanks

The seals leaking so soon should not happen.

You do not mention which seals.

Do you use a high pressure cleaning gun?

Ruste, I totaly agree.  The seal was at the back of the engine i think drive or gearbox (Not technical) and after opening the bike they found another one that was leaking.

No i dont use high pressure gun.
