Please join me for an easy all tar ride on 8 July 2018 from Engen Plattekloof to Café felix in Riebeeck Kasteel.

Café Felix is an exciting restaurant in the picturesque Riebeek Valley. The original food concept was based on the popular Olympia Café & Deli in Kalkbay, which involves a blackboard menu that changes continuously depending on the type of fresh produce that is available. The menu has evolved slowly over time and today the cuisine at Café Felix can be described as sumptuous French-Italian inspired country cuisine.

Next door to the restaurant is Old Oak Manor, an old farmhouse built circa 1860, that was converted into a comfortable guesthouse by interior guru Salome Gunter. Located on the same property, Old Oak Manor and Café Felix form an ideal combination and makes for a very special venue for weddings and special occasions. 

Since its opening in December 2005, Café Felix has steadily been building a reputation for itself as a name synonymous with sumptuous fresh country cuisine, good service and a special ambience (described by many as a piece of France).
