Hi,

Anybody suggest on how to change / replace a main seat cover which is damaged due to the sun.

Not quite broken yet but would like to catch it before the foam inside gets damaged. Is it possible to buy this cover loose from Donfords and fit it yourself, or just find a local upholster to sort out.

That would mean the pillion seat would be different if it is also not done?

Thanks in advance, Adrian

Hi Adrian

Flying Brick can send it to someone who re-covers seats.

Agreed. Flying Brick organised the re-covering of mine. Excellent job. Quickly, (with 2 business days) and pretty cheaply too (was well under R1k for both).

Yes - you'll want to get both done together - you won't be able to get a perfect match for the original BMW material.

thanks all for the kind words - yes, Flying Brick will sort out your seat(s), usually within 24 - 48 hours, depending on how buys the upholsterer is.
