BMW 1200 LC motor

BMW 1200 LC motor. I need help in finding a new motor for my 2014 1200 LC GSA. Any suggestions or spare motor lying around? Summer is here and i cant stand not riding.

I am curious as to why you would need a new motor for a 2014 model?

Hi David.

Bearing noise. And to replace it is quite a exercise.

So why would a 2014 have bearing noise- whats the kilos and the story behind the story......
Good luck finding  a motor- you should be calling ACME parts, they are BMW's authorised purchaser of scrapped machines. www.acmesalvage.co.za
they may not rebuild them or pout them back on the road, but they re-purpose the bike by breaking and selling parts to whoever.
They will have if anyone does.
