Just a quick vote of thanks to Bikegear for really fantastic service. 

I purchased a set of Raptor spotlights from Bikegear in 2014 and after an issue with one of them fogging up with condensation inside the lense last week, I notified them thereof with a request that they take the matter up with the manufacturer. Without even batting an eyelid Edie arranged delivery of a replacement to me. It was delivered to my house in George a day later!

Thank you Bikegear for your fast response time, amazing customer care and service!!!

On a separate note it would also be amiss of me not to highlight that despite the issue referred to above (which has been rectified by replacement) the quality of the light from the Raptor Spotlights has been amazing
