Assistance with the HEX GS-911Wi Fi Diagnostic Tool requested

Being extremely BC (before computers) I am looking for some clever person to come and help me to activate this "tool" on my computer and show me how to use it.

Would be greatly appreciated.

I called them and spoke to "Liz" at reception. She is most helpful.
