Archive of BMW Motorrad Club Cape (2006 - 2019)

After a quick Google, it seems that the clusters on the F650GS's are not it's strong point! My bikes odometer konked out after only 26 000km. The rest all still works perfectly but the "Trip Meter" and "Total Odo" both tick over after 1.6km instead of a genuine 1. After 100km of riding the Trip/Odo displays 62.5km.

Is this something that can be fixed, do I spend half a bond on a new one from BMW, do I try and find a used one from a pranged bike or do I get a Vapor digital type setup like they use on offroad bikes?
