2014 training fun

Hi Everyone.
Great to be able to ride our bike again without all the interruptions of holidays and family visits.
Yes the holiday is over but we still have the weekends and if planned well all household shores can be shelved till next weekend, again and again!
That’s till the spouse interferes just that once.
On a more serious note however is that a trained rider is a safe rider, for the price of a broken mirror you can get a full days of fun in the sun and or sand.
