Hi there, I have a "sliding forward" feeling on my 1200GS seat. To date, I have put in rubber spacers in the front, but due to the lenght constraint of the small bolts holding down the front bracket, I could fit in only 3mm! I see no other way than to replace the bolts with longer ones, replace the steel locking bush inside the rubbers and then add another ruber type spacer. (Sorry for detail description. If you have the same problem, you most problebly know what I am talking about. It is a standerd seat set at highest setting. Any help and advice would be apreciated. Regards

Get a Dakar seat :P Only joking :-) I know how irritating that sliding forward can be on a seat... Had the same thing with my normal 650GS seat until I got a Dakar seat ;-) Good luck... Sorry this post was of NO help to you :-)

Hi Jaco, I have placed the front steel rod on the highest setting and the back one on the lowest setting, it sort of levels out the seat, it works for me. Ignore opinions, heed facts. Feet on the pegs, always.
