1200GS misfiring & fuel indication on cluster

I have recently had a fall with my 1200gs R/H side since then r/h side cyl is misfiring, there is spark at the plug lead, can someone help. The cluster indicates warning "Fuel" but tank is almost full.

Thanks so much, was able to remedy,after removing air filter snorkle I found the r/h side accelarator cable dislodged from its socket at the joining box. Started the bike and wow it works. Run the bike in gear whilst on centre stand and noticed that the petrol gauge reading reappeared, so there we are all is ok. It is difficult for me to perceive that one can be involved in an accident, Golf turns across your path impact r/h side......Left of golf front fender taken away, wife in hospital r/h lower leg fracture and tissue damage, l/h arm broken badly, bike minimum damage, cant understand it.
