I am about to remove the ABS system from Mr. Badger.  If anybody is in need of it or parts from it, let's talk.

The system works fine - I am removing it because I do not use it and I prefer to save the weight and complexity.

Charles, you can do this easily using the rear gland joint coming from the ABS servo pump (at your ankle position) and using that as the join gland for th front brakes. It can bolt onto the steering column, as if designed so.

i did the same on one of my 1150's and jou do not need any Astra fittings.

I removed the pump/servo unit, but retained the brain, so keeping it thinking it was fitted which kept my brake light working.

Andrew or Shane can remove the ABS warning light's bulb or else you have it flashing for a fault all the time.

It is not a difficult process.

I'm in your 'hood Monday, if you'd like to chat give me a call.
