- Hi, my username is my real name. I am 55 years old and have been happily married to Jane for the last 20. The 10+ years riding experience as mentioned above is misleading. I rode extensively from about 16 to 28 - first on friend's bikes and then on a Honda 185 and Norton Commando 750 of my own. A friend had a very bad accident on a bike which frightened me. I knew that, with the way I rode, I had a good chance of being next. I sold my Norton and didn't ride for the next 26 years. Last year the bug bit again and I first bought the R80 and then the RS. I love the bikes as well as the riding and so does Jane as passenger. I have been lurking on your website for about a year. I look at it most days and really enjoy the lively discusions.
