Archive of BMW Motorrad Club Cape (2006 - 2019)

Hi guys,

Thought I'd use the forum to let those who may be interested about our imminent trans americas trip.

Four of us old "farts"(average age 63 but that's only because I brought the average down a bit)are packing our bikes into a container in two weeks time destination Buenos Aires.

We're flying in on 9th January 2011 to catch the last legs of the "DAKAR" into B/A and  heading south to USHUAIA then up thru Chile/Peru/Bolivia/Ecuador Colombia etc. & up thru Central america/Mexico/Canada/Alaska ,on a 6 month trip.(2 1150 GSA'S & 2 X AFRICA TWINS)

Not sure whether this is the correct venue but we'd like to thank Shane @ V&A for his assistance.That's why we (two of us @ least) ride BMW's.

The other two are on  AFRICA TWINS but that's their problem
