In 2010 a few of us tried out for this - the experience was incredible : an adventure weekend for men.  Since then, Ruan has represented South Africa in Canada (GS Trophy 2014) where the team came second.

If you are skilled on your GS, can do the type of exercise used by Country Trax (cones, see-saw, bunny-hop etc), and would like to see how you stack up against your peers - this is for you.

Entry for Motorcyclists & Vintage Car Owners is FREE but a voluntary contribution can be made to the Burger Newspaper Children’s Christmas Fund.

COUNTRY TRAX Introduction to Off-road riding (1 day) @ Nelson's Creek Wine Estate near Paarl.  Fee =  R790 (includes tuition, coffee & muffin at arrival, drinking water, light lunch, certificate and loads of  fun).  Pillion  riders welcome.

Teaches all the basic off-road principles which is important  for further off-road training.

Intended for:  Riders new to off-road riding as well as riders with some off-road experience who wish to learn the correc

At Nelson´s Creek, probably the most important course for the off-road bike rider is presented.  Introduction to Off-Road Riding is a one day course which has been designed to enable the aspiring off-road rider (and even the more experienced road rider) to get a handle on the basic principles of riding an off-road or dual sport bike in a safe and controlled environment.
