Hi Girls

As it’s Women’s month this serves as your invitation to our annual Ladies Only Workshop with something old, something new, some surprises awaiting you if you are interested to join us on the day.

This workshop will  be ALL about the things us girls are curious about / want to know but don't ask when the men around / things that don't come second nature / need to learn more / sometimes feel intimidated by OR just want to confirm OR  was recently confronted with OR just want to be prepared for if needed as us GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN…..

WHAT TO EXPECT:  Discussions and/or demonstrations about: -

• Rider gear: safety,  protection,  comfort & feeling good
• General suspension settings on your bike & controls on your bike
• General bike maintenance – service intervals, checking oil levels, fluids, controls, indicators, what to clean after an off road ride,  lubrication, etc
• Stopping in the correct spot in order to pull away easily; how to push a bike around;
• Tyres: types, ranges, when to replace, combination of tyres for on/off road
• Remove a wheel & explaining the mechanics, brakes, chain settings etc
• Basic tool kit, what to carry on you while on a trip/tour
• Packing tips and storage methods
• Radio/Blue Tooth communication systems
• What to do/not to do when confronted with an emergency situation
• Theory of Road riding & riding in groups
• Some spoils and surprises

WHERE DOES THIS ALL HAPPEN:

- Date: 28 August 2016

- Venue: ANURA Vineyards, Klapmuts

- Time: Arrival 08:00 for coffee and registration

- Lunch: 13:00

- Should finish by ±15:30

 

WHO CAN JOIN ?

- ALL SIZES, ALL BRANDS OF BIKES - bring along your friend on her Honda, Suzuki, KTM etc

- THIS IS A FUN DAY FOR US GIRLS. 

COST:

R400.00 pp (club members) &  R450.00 (non club members)

The cost include coffee on registration and lunch.
