For those who fear gravel or have recently attended the now-famous level I and/or level II training at the BMWMCC Anura venue, we offer relaxed gravel road rides.
We mix tar, gravel tar- and repeat for a great ride where you can just ride at your pace and get some experience, then chat with other riders at the many stops and compare experiences.
Our group of experienced riders will help you assess you ride-comfort set-up and help with advice.

07 April 2019    Kilometres Under The Belt - Beginners to off-tar day rides    Greyton

This is well known, often repeated ride- 280 km for the day, no need to refuel, with a lunch stop, and many short breaks, some briefings and advice. Ideal for pillion/riders’ combinations who have a fear of gravel. Ideal for new to gravel.
It has become an iconic nursery school from which many riders have lost their fear of gravel and moved on to more adventurous riding

09 June 2019    Durbanville to Paarl beginners off-road    Durbanville to Paarl
This is a brunch ride to Paarl traveling through farms and farmlands, where you will be amazed at the gravel roads, right on our doorstep.
This will reveal just why Cape Town is the biking Mecca of South Africa.
No other big city offer gravel roads all day just a few kilos form your front door.

This ride will have you sneaking off to do again, on your own or with a buddy, a few times.
This is what we show tourists to help them understand just how fantastic our country is.
70 km to Paarl and you ride home as you like after brunch.

Excellent Jackie,

does not matter what bike, what size, as long as it is a dual sport bike 650cc or bigger.
