My full name is Wolfgang Denzl. I started at the age of 14 with a Miele moped 50cc, moved up to a Rex 50cc and drove a 250cc NSU Max at the age of 17 (without a licence). Next one was an Adler 250cc and then the whole range of Japanese from 125cc Yamaha over 250cc Suzuki, 750 to 900 Honda. As an "old " man I thought it is time to relax and buy a BMW. I must say, it is the best bike I ever had. www.wode.co.za R1150RR1150R
Rode a 1962 R50, a 1952 BSA Golden Flash and a 1970-ish BSA Thunderbolt during 1974-1980. Thereafter gone to sleep (except for a Kawa KH 175 and a Yamaha YBR 125), now back on an R1150R. Now 60, married, two grandkids, riding as much as I can and enjoying every minute.
I have had my R1150R since October 2008, done 82,000km so far and still going strong.

Since I got onto a bike for the first time I've tried to get rid of this bad and dangerous habit. I've had only sporadic and most forgetable successes. I was told by Alcoholics Anonymous (who gave up on me) that this club is the only known cure. That's why I'm joining. I ride a R1150R. Once you get onto it, it doesn't stop.
