Members who ride a GS800
Upgraded in Feb 18 from 650 to the 800. What a change! But miss my faithful Fix a lot. One can only hope she gives the new owner the same joy.

I've been riding bikes on and off for 20 years. I did the BMW Off Road course in 2006 at Klipbokop. I've in the past owned a Dakar, 1150 Adventure, 1200 and now I'm riding a GS800 and loving it. I Recently joined the Club and I'm looking forward to meeting fellow GS riders.
My name is Grant Ashe. I'm from DBN originally but been living with my wife Nicola in Hout Bay for the last 5 years. I've been riding since high school days. My first bike was a Kawasaki AR50. I have owned a few BMW's over the years. Dakar, 1150 Adventure and GS1200. Unfortunately I had to sell my bike in 2006 as I started my own business but I'm now lucky enough to be riding again on a GS800. I did the Countrytrax offroad course at Klipbokop in 2006.
