Level 1 is now full.

Meet at Donford in Stellenbosch at 0800 on Sunday for coffee and we ride together to the venue.

Is there anyone living in the Northern subs (Edgemead,Monte Vista,Panaroma,Bothasig) area going to the TRAINING DAY 25/11/2012?

If so could we meet at the Plattekloof Engen then we can ride to Stellenbosch together. (im a 'Newbie')

The early morning light rain is gone, don't let it deter you. Suite up Pack your lunch bag. Bottle your ego and leave the bottle at home, it should keep just fine, Roll the bike out the garage/lounge/carport and get ready to meet 08H00 at Donford. Looking forward to a fun day

You guys can just as well issue certificates the way you are presenting these sessions.

I trust you left the day feeling more confident and that you find  opporunity to apply the lessons learned and you do some of those exercises on a patch of grass near you.

Note to self: "Don't forget the sunscreen!!!"  I'm feeling it now.

 

We were also sppoiled by the environment- Two fish Eagles, yes you read right, fish eagles circling and calling up above us,  followed later by quite a few raptors out on the mouse hunt for lunch coming in really close.
