Breakfast Run – Greyton - 26 February 2017

As this was my first trip with BMW club, I was not sure what to expect, arriving at the destination that we were positive about, we arrived at a deserted Engen garage. After double checking on the forum and asking around we realised that is it 07:10. Trip scheduled for 08:00.

We started our morning early with a refreshing coffee at our departing point. And soon the bikes came rolling in. 17 Bikes  24 People

We departed 08:00 from Plattekloof Engen Garage

Took the N1 to the Klapmuts turn off, through Simondium to Franschoek

Then we enjoyed Franschoek Pass

After the pass driving towards Theewaterskloof we were unfortunately reminded of the drought

A quick regroup after the pass and off we go

Villiersdorp via N2 where we took the Greyton turnoff from N2

Arrived at Searle’s, our destination, at 9:50 where Karen arranged for a lovely breakfast.

We departed at around 10:30 and we went our separate ways back home
