Yesterday, I had to pop over the Mountain to get some sandals at Noordhoek village. It's incredible how far a motorcycle has to ride to cover a distance of about 7km as the crow would fly from Steenberg to Noordhoek: * Steenberg * Muizenberg * Kalk Bay * Fish Hoek * Simonstown * Red Hill * Scarborough * Misty Cliffs * Kommetjie * Noordhoek And to top it all the roadside scenery of fynbos, mountain, sea left the poor rider with nothing to look at (not).

Charles that almost reminds my of the 250km stint I did to cover the 80km (return trip) from my place to ChristoE to borrow his topbox, a while ago. Neil, we do have a BEAUTIFUL country. The weather was absolutely perfect this weekend!! We had such a nice time on the bike.

How about? Non are so blind as those who will not see? Ignore opinions, heed facts. Feet on the pegs, always.

Well I had breakfast in Paarl on Sunday and after that had to go with Robert Brink to see him off at home in Wellington. We where forced to take the long way.... Du Toits and Bains Kloof. Now that was a nice ride on the perfect Sunday morning.
